Returns & Exchanges

Our Return & Exchange Policy

Unopened products can be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund, minus original shipping fees. Please contact support@gethappyface.co before returning an order for further instructions. After 15 days all sales are final.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping to customers located in Canada and the United States (US). 

Express shipping options are available; are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the item(s) in the order.

All orders will be processed through Canada Post.

International Shipping Rates

We offer shipping services to customers located in the United Kingdom (UK). Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

All orders will be processed through Canada Post.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian federal holidays and BC provincial holidays).

We aim to get domestic orders delivered to within 3 to 7 business days, and international orders delivered within 4 to 20 business days. However, due to increased shipping volumes, our shipping provider is experiencing longer-than-usual delivery times.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to customers located in Canada, the United States (US) and the United Kingdom (UK).

Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes! The PayPal Express option is available at checkout.
